Overview:
This "Train the Trainer" programme takes participants through
the entire toolkit of beliefs, skills and behavioural strategies used by
competent trainers. The course is highly experiential, with each participant
getting feedback during and after "live" training sessions. Participants
typically use relevant organisational based materials, their own
topics or pre-prepared training sessions.
This programme is often run in conjunction with our
"Training Design Skills" programme. |
