Overview:

Attendance on this workshop arms participants with both the technical skills to work effectively on projects and the behaviours required for success. We tailor the content to reflect the kinds of projects found in your organisation. We draw on a range of well know project management methodologies to give participants a first class "toolkit". Where requested we will help an in-house team generate their own custom "Project life-cycle" - complete with recognisable phases, activities and templates.
