The programme has four stages which are
outlined below. We may make some agreed adjustments based on the
specific needs of participants
1. Diagnosis stage
Understanding the context by:-

Briefing / planning sessions with key stakeholders and
participant
-
Completion of an online 360 degree feedback on leadership style
completed by the participant, manager, direct reports and and
selected peers / others.

The confidential collection of feedback against participant
agreed questions for more insight
2. Intervention stage
Face to face full day coaching and development
session with participant, covering:-
Setting up the coaching contract
Detailed review of the feedback from the 360 report
and participant specific questions
Possible work shadowing, areas often covered include
team meetings, personal organisation and team planning
Personalised management training which addressing
highlighted development areas
Agreeing and communicating development goals
Agreeing the ongoing coaching activity
3. Ongoing coaching stage
Five fortnightly coaching sessions of c. one hour
(face to face or by telephone) to discuss and review progress and
agree the actions that will lead to further changes in working style
Evaluation stage
For the participant - co-production (with coach) of
a summary report to manager
For the organisation - collection of feedback from
key stakeholders
Optionally - at six months post the coaching and
development programme we can re-run the 360 questionnaire plus
participant questions
